Where do you ship?
We currently ship to Australia, New Zealand, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Singapore, and South Korea.
If your country isn’t available at checkout, feel free to get in touch. We’re always looking to expand our shipping destinations as Waveline Club grows.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 2–3 business days.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Australia: 2–8 business days
- New Zealand: 5–10 business days
- United States & Canada: 6–12 business days
- United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
- Singapore & South Korea: 5–10 business days
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary during busy periods, holidays, or due to customs processing for international orders.
Are your brushes hand painted?
Yes! Each Waveline Club piece is individually made and painted by hand, so small variations may occur. These little differences are part of what makes every piece unique.
Do you take custom orders?
Custom orders are not currently available, but they’re coming soon! Keep an eye on Waveline Club and our socials for updates when custom pieces officially open.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the handmade and limited nature of our pieces, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please get in touch and we’ll be happy to help.
